Terms of Service

By using ("the Service"), operated by , you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

You upload an image and a text description; our AI creates a new image. Results are generated automatically and may not always match your expectations.

2. Free tries and credits

Each new visitor gets a limited number of free generations. After that, generations require prepaid credits. 1 credit = 1 generation. Credits do not expire and are not transferable for cash. If a generation fails, the credit or free try is automatically returned.

3. Your content

You must own or have permission to use any image you upload. Do not upload images of other people without their consent, or any illegal, sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise harmful content. We may remove images and block access for misuse. Anyone can report content at /report.

4. Generated images

Every generated image carries a visible "AI-generated" label and embedded metadata identifying it as AI-generated. You must not remove, crop out or hide this label, or present the image as real. Subject to these terms, you may use the images you generate for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for how you use them.

5. Payments

Payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) by our payment partner (Razorpay) via UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets. We do not store your card or UPI details.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
