Failed generations

If an image fails to generate, the free try or credit is returned to your balance automatically.

Refunds for credit packs

You can request a full refund for a credit pack within 7 days of purchase if no credits from that pack have been used. Contact us with your order ID. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Payment deducted but credits not added

This is rare and usually resolves within a few minutes automatically. If not, email us with your order ID / UPI reference and we will add the credits or refund you.

Cancellation

Credit packs are one-time purchases; there is no subscription to cancel.
